AGC of Missouri Education Foundation Scholarship Program - Read More

The AGC of Missouri (AGCMO) Education Foundation, in partnership with the Young Executives Club (YEC) and the Construction Leadership Council (CLC), awards scholarships to deserving students training in a construction related field. Our goal is to encourage people to enter the construction field and make the training process a little easier. In 2019 a total of $51,000 was distributed between 24 students, in $1,000, $2,000, or $3,000 amounts.

Scholarship eligibility is open to graduating high school seniors and college students attending accredited universities, colleges, community colleges, vocational or technical schools, and Department of Labor registered Apprenticeship programs. The scholarships are merit-based, with a focus on work experience/history, education, and extra-curricular activities. Applicants must complete the correct AGCMO Education Foundation application for their program, provide official high school or college transcripts, provide two letters of recommendation, complete an essay on their desire to work in the construction industry and be willing to submit to a personal interview.

Local 110 facilitates 3 scholarships per year. One is awarded by the Missouri & Kansas Laborers' District Council in June and the two from Local 110 are awarded in January and August. Listed below are the scholarships in order of application date. The links will be active as of the date listed.
